A portrait I didn't really shoot. Well, at least not intentionally.

At my local photographic society (LSPS) a couple of friends and myself were discussing 'depth of field' (dof) in relation to the reduced sensor size of most digital cameras. My camera was at hand and Stefan was a willing (I hope ;) volunteer. This image was taken simply to show the extent of the dof - comparing the subject in relation to the picture hanging on the wall behind. That's the blur you see on the right hand of the frame. Hence the cropped and unusual composition.

Whatever the intentions, I thought the result was an intriguing portrait worth posting.
